I had a pleasant stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice and very clean, with the added convenience of a refrigerator. However, I did find the room to be smaller than expected, which made sense in the end. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were some inconveniences given the price level. The location was excellent, allowing me to easily access important spots in the Colonial Area of Santo Domingo. The dining experience was mostly delicious with a good variety but could use a bit more diversity. The facilities were sufficient for my needs.

My stay at the hotel was both delightful and inconvenient. The location was perfect, right in the heart of la Zona Colonial with historic buildings and great restaurants nearby. The friendly service was prompt, but the issue with the lack of electrical outlets in the room was quite bothersome, especially considering the price level. The dining experience was delicious, albeit missing some key breakfast items. Overall, a mixed experience with highs and lows.
